Terms of Service

Welcome to Orbit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orbit mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Orbit I/S ("Orbit", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable law.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their authorization, or use the Service if you have previously been suspended or banned.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

You agree to notify us promptly at contact@enterorbit.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information. You may not impersonate others or use false identities.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or create risk or harm to the Service or other users.

Orbit is a social platform that allows users to create check-ins, organize social circles ("orbits"), and connect with others.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except where permitted by law.

You retain ownership of the content you post ("User Content").

By posting content, you grant Orbit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and process your content solely for operating and improving the Service.

You confirm that you have the rights to share your content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

You are responsible for your content and how it is shared.

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Harass or harm other users
• Share personal data of others without consent
• Impersonate individuals or organizations
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Use bots or automated systems improperly
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

We may take action, including removing content or suspending accounts, if these rules are violated.

Some features require location access.

By enabling location permissions, you consent to the use of location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can disable location access at any time, though this may limit certain features.

The Service may rely on third-party providers (such as hosting or messaging services).

We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

All rights in the Service (excluding User Content) belong to Orbit I/S or its licensors.

You may not use our name, trademarks, or branding without permission.

We aim to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time for technical, legal, or operational reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, Orbit is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for complying with these Terms and applicable laws.

If your actions cause harm to Orbit or others, you may be held responsible to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Relevant provisions of these Terms will continue to apply after termination where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.

Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Denmark, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are significant, we will notify you through the Service or other appropriate means.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
