Child Safety Standards
Last updated: May 28, 2026
Orbit is committed to protecting children from all forms of abuse and exploitation. This page describes our standards and policies regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on the Orbit platform.
Our Zero-Tolerance Policy
Orbit strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in all forms. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any content that sexually depicts or exploits a minor.
- Grooming — any behavior intended to gain the trust of a minor or their guardians in order to exploit or abuse them.
- Solicitation — attempting to obtain sexual content from or arrange sexual contact with a minor.
- Trafficking — recruiting, transporting, or exploiting minors for sexual purposes.
Any user found sharing, distributing, or producing such content or engaging in such behavior will have their account permanently terminated. Orbit will report all known or suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.
How to Report
In-app reporting: Every piece of user-generated content on Orbit (check-ins, photos, comments, profiles) includes a "Report" option. Tap the three-dot menu (···) on any post or profile and select Report. Choose the reason that best describes the issue — including "Child exploitation or abuse" — and submit. Reports are reviewed by our team as a priority.
Email: To report child safety concerns directly, contact our dedicated child safety team at safety@enterorbit.co. Include as much detail as possible (screenshots, usernames, dates). We treat all such reports with urgency and strict confidentiality.
External resources: You can also report CSAM directly to:
- NCMEC CyberTipline: cybertipline.org or 1-800-843-5678 (US)
- Internet Watch Foundation (IWF): iwf.org.uk (UK / Europe)
- Your local law enforcement or national child protection authority.
Age Requirements
Orbit is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly allow users under these minimum ages to create an account. If you believe a child under the applicable minimum age has registered on Orbit, please contact us immediately at contact@enterorbit.co and we will take immediate action to remove the account.
Enforcement
When a violation is identified or reported, Orbit will:
- Immediately remove the offending content from the platform.
- Permanently suspend the account(s) involved without prior notice.
- Preserve relevant data and report to NCMEC and/or applicable law enforcement as required by law.
- Cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
